Belle Blanc Lifestyle

It’s difficult to know where to start when you’ve never “blogged” before, so I hope you will be patient with me …. If I sit and think to long about what to say or what not to say my fear is that I’ll not say anything…so here it goes!!!  

 

 

Belle Blanc

We might as well start at the beginning. I’m sure I’ll say things that I probably shouldn’t (that’s the usual case for me…the proverbial “foot in mouth” syndrome…or “I can’t believe you said that” syndrome). It would be expected that I talk about clothes but I think Belle Blanc is more than just clothes. To me Belle Blanc has always been about  ”lifestyle”;  a way of living that nurtures our senses.
 

It’s about paying attention to how our surroundings affect us.


One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I only LOVE WHITE….people think that I won’t appreciate decor or clothing unless it’s white. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I decorate and love to be surrounded by white in my home because of who I am. I have always been a somewhat (okay! maybe more than just somewhat!!!) “scattered” person who’s mind is constantly on and working. For me white calms me and helps me relax, it allows me to be surrounded by beautiful things while still allowing the overall feeling of calm and serene to prevail.
It’s about living life as uncomplicated as I can. It’s about embracing family, friends and animals in a setting that allows everyone to feel comfortable and at home.

It’s about creating an atmosphere where people feel safe .

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the clothing…how timely for those of us in the age group that very few seem to cater to anymore! Beautiful colours, soft & comfortable fabrics, sexy, feminine & romantic…what more could a woman (or man for that matter!) ask for?

    I adore all of your white, but as you know white comes in so many different shades, so it is still color. :) I myself love white and always and forever I have a thing for pale blue. It makes me feel very calm. :)

    I found you on Miss Mustard Seeds blog today. I love your style and your art is fabulous! I have dreamed of being an artist my entire life but have let things get in my way. I started about two years ago (finally) and got caught up in mainly children s art but i want MORE! Maybe I should try white to calm my mind, create peace and creativity. Great blog, can’t wait to see more.
